Terms governing use of the sEyeber Hub site and platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using sEyeber Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

sEyeber Hub provides connector-driven discovery of AI and cybersecurity risk, mapping and workflow support aligned to NIST CSF 2.0, and related software, APIs, and services. We may modify or improve the service over time.

3. Accounts and organizations

Accounts are organization-based. The initial signup user may become the initial administrator for the organization. The subscription belongs to the organization, not permanently to a specific individual user. Administrators are responsible for managing users, permissions, and access to the organization's workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, to interfere with the service, to gain unauthorized access, to violate third-party rights, or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Fees and billing

Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are billed to the organization through Stripe or another approved payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other agreed amounts.

6. Customer data

You retain your rights in your customer data. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display customer data solely to provide, secure, and support the service and as otherwise described in our agreements and policies.

7. Intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all related software, documentation, branding, and intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information using reasonable safeguards and to use such information only as needed to perform under the applicable agreement.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except as expressly stated in a written agreement. Security discovery software can improve visibility, but it does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities, incidents, or regulatory findings.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the service.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to prevent harm, address security risk, comply with law, or respond to material breach. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any subscription commitments in an applicable order form or agreement.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
