Jay Proffitt

Co-Founder

Jay Proffitt has spent more than 27 years building and operating regulated businesses across brokerage, advisory, custody, and digital-asset securities, while also spending roughly two decades shaping software-led products and platforms. During a 12-year tenure at Charles Schwab, he held product leadership roles across quantitative execution, market data, global investing, and the integration of optionsXpress, ultimately overseeing advanced active-trader applications across web, mobile, API, and desktop channels that supported more than one million clients and generated over $400 million in annual trade revenue. Outside Schwab, Jay served in senior leadership roles including CEO of MMM Securities, SVP/COO at Alto Securities, CEO/COO at Securitize Markets, and Co-CEO at Penson Financial Limited in London. That blend of product execution, operating leadership, and regulatory depth shapes how sEyeber Hub is being built.

Seth Proffitt

Co-Founder

Seth Proffitt is a senior IT product leader with more than 14 years in enterprise technology, including nearly 11 years at ExxonMobil delivering digital products for complex operational environments. His work has spanned cloud security consulting, field-enablement applications, maintenance platforms, and measurement services, with responsibility for product vision, roadmaps, backlogs, budgets, and globally distributed delivery teams. Seth has led 0-to-1 initiatives that turned manual, spreadsheet-driven workflows into enterprise applications, supported Azure policy compliance across large cloud estates, and built solutions used by field technicians, engineers, regulatory teams, accountants, and executive stakeholders. What distinguishes his background is the combination of technical product leadership and frontline business empathy: he has spent time embedded with operations teams to understand how systems either create friction or unlock value. That product mindset directly informs sEyeber Hub's focus on usability, speed to insight, and scalable architecture.
